Specially for those, who holds up the tradition of the Pancake Day and likes to load up with tasty pancakes with different stuffing a week before the Lent, “Gallery” cafe and chef Sergey Markin prepared the pancake menu. In addition to traditional pancakes with sour cream, with red caviar or salmon, there will be pancakes with mushrooms fried with cream, with herring and egg, with cheese and spinach, and, of course, sweet pancakes with apples or pears, with raspberries and curd, with jam or condensed milk. And there will also be unusual citrus pancakes with hot berry sauce. The menu applies day and night from February 20 to 26.
